Crisis in the Desert Series
When Iraqi invaded Kuwait in 1990, the one question never answered was, why did the Iraqi forces stop with the seizure of Kuwait. Why not continue into Saudi Arabia and the UAE. They could have easily overwhelmed those two nations. Crisis in the Desert series is a historical fiction look at “WHAT IF IRAQI FORCES HAD NOT STOPPED IN KUWAIT BUT CONTINUED THE ATTACK TO SEIZE THE UAE? How much different would have Desert Shield and Desert Storm have been. This fictional series presents the what if’s and the actions, events, trials and tribulations that the coalition forces would have had to go through to accomplish what they did. It certainly would not have occurred as quick or with as few casualties as it did. Matt Jackson and James Rosone have teamed up to present this exciting series. Matt Jackson commanded an air assault infantry battalion during this conflict and has first hand knowledge of the challenges in the terrain, the environment and the enemy.
